The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the project-based learning model to improve the creative thinking skills of PGSD students in elementary science learning process. This research was classroom action research using the Spiral Kemis and Taggart models. The results of this study indicated that learning activities using the project-based learning model have been carried out well during learning. The improvement of students' creative thinking skills increased from pre-cycle to cycle II. This increase can be seen from the percentage of creative thinking skills in the pre-cycle 47.6%, in the first cycle 76.9% and in the second cycle 83.2%. This showed that the creative thinking ability of PGSD students has increased after implementing the project-based learning model.
