Analisis Determinan Revisit : Faktor Servicespace & Store Atmosphere

Bisnis food and beverage merupakan salah satu peluang bisnis dengan pasar tertinggi di dunia. Salah satu yang penyebab bertahannya suatu bisnis food and beverage ialah loyalitas pelanggannya melalui revisit. Revisit juga disebabkan oleh dua faktor yakni, servicespace dan store atmosphere. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui seberapa berpengaruhnya variabel serviscespace dan store atmosphere terhadap revisit dengan objek restoran Mie Gacoan Lippo Cikarang. Penelitian ini mengginakan metode kuantitatif. Pengupulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada para individu yang yang pernah membeli atau mengunjungi restoran Mie Gacoan Lippo Cikarang lebih dari satu kali. Data diolah dengan alikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari kuesioner yang disebar didapat 48 responden. Hasil penenlitian menunjukan bahwa servicespace dan store atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit dengan masing-masing nilai t statsitik sebesar 3,448 dan 2,843 serta nilai masing-masing p-value sebesar 0,001 dan 0,005.
