<p><em>PT TBA is one of the companies that produces Seat and interior components used in various well-known car brands in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to control the quality, especially on the problem of many welding defects in the production process of Seat Frame Front Chusion. We conducted this research by using the Quality Control Circle method. By using the QCC method, we can more easily identify, analyze, and solve a problem that occurs in the production process. The results of this study show the lack of quality in the welding process results caused by several factors, namely machine factors, method factors, and man factors themselves. Of the three factors, the machine factor is the most dominant seen from the high cycle time in each process. this makes it easier for researchers to make this factor a priority to overcome. In NG, it occurs because there are no exact parameters related to amperage and also the distance of the nozzles used by the operator is too close, for this problem, the repair process can be carried out, but if the problem occurs repeatedly and is many of them, it will increase the production time longer to carry out the repair process. <p><em>Forecasting is very important for companies so that production readiness can be prepared thoroughly, such as readiness of manpower, production capacity, material requirements, etc. In forecasting there are various methods that can be used. However, in this research we will only use two methods, namely the moving average method and the naïve method. The aim of this research is to compare the two methods in order to obtain the method that is closest to accurate. For the simulation stage, we use sales data for Zenix hybrid cars in whole sales or from factory to dealer in the period June 2023 to May 2024. <p><em>This research focused on improving production efficiency in the Lean Manufacturing Laboratory at Universitas Mercu Buana by addressing bottlenecks at the Vacuum and Trimming stations. Utilizing the PDCA methodology, the study aimed to reduce processing times and enhance accuracy through tool design and motion study. The Operational Process Chart identified inefficiencies, while Seven Waste Analysis highlighted key areas for improvement. The application of TRIZ principles led to the development of a flexible cutting press, designed to integrate vacuuming and cutting processes. Measurements using right-hand and left-hand chart facilitated the creation of a new operating procedure. The implementation of the flexible cutting press resulted in a 21.34% reduction in cycle time, demonstrating effective optimization of work layout and tool design. Despite its success, the study has limitations including the lack of a comprehensive cost-benefit analysis and limited product variety. Future research should explore long-term economic impacts and applicability to diverse production contexts.</em></p>Irkham Syifaul QulubHendi Herlambang

<p><em>In this study, the problem of how to control the quality of PT XYZ in the line machining body cover is formulated. The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality control of the body cover line machining using six sigma. Six sigma is a method of product quality control and improvement techniques designed to achieve a very low level of defect in the manufacturing process. Then the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) stages are carried out. Define PT XYZ currently sets a maximum target of 0.7% defects, but the average number of defects in the machining body line is 2.1%. This really needs attention to be repaired to reduce defective products on the body cover machining line. After calculating the sigma level between March and May, the sigma value of the machining body cover production line was 4.0 with an average DPMO of 6970. From the results of the analysis using Pareto charts, there is 1 main cause, namely dirty and oily final products. The root of this problem can be seen using a cause-and-effect diagram, where there are several dominant factors, such as man machine and methode. In addition, the researcher analyzed using a process flow map, because the researcher felt that there was still a lot of waiting time for workers. Based on the analysis and calculation above, the researcher decided to make improvements, namely by adding a washing process so that the remaining coolant that is still attached to the product does not fall directly into the washing machine which causes a rapid decline in the quality of the washing air. <p><em>Retention is part of the cash inflow payment component for the project. Its role is to ensure the execution of work following the agreement. Retention has the effect of reducing cash inflows during construction and delaying it until the retention release schedule. This study aims to describe and evaluate the effect of retention on cash inflows. Primary data collection is in the form of project internal documents from construction service providers. The construction period lasts 14 months, the maintenance period lasts 1 year and the incoming cash from releasing retention money takes place in the 27th month. From the analysis and discussion of the data, it was found that the construction implementation was going well where there were no delays in the maintenance period and delays in the retention release schedule. From the results of the study, it is recommended that construction service providers maximize the invoice collection period to increase project cash inflows.</em></p>Gusman Simon

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam proses manufaktur transformator di PT XD Sakti Indonesia. Proses manufaktur trafo merupakan rangkaian kegiatan yang kompleks dan memerlukan teknologi canggih serta pengawasan ketat untuk menghasilkan produk berkualitas tinggi. Proses dimulai dari pemilihan dan pengolahan bahan baku, seperti baja silikon untuk inti transformator dan kawat tembaga untuk gulungan. Tahapan utama dalam manufaktur meliputi pemotongan inti <em>(core cutting), </em>penggulungan kawat <em>(winding),</em> perakitan inti dan gulungan <em>(core and coil assembly),</em> impregnasi vakum <em>(vacuum impregnation),</em> serta pengujian kualitas <em>(quality testing).</em> Mesin-mesin yang digunakan, seperti mesin pemotong inti dan mesin penggulungan kawat, berperan penting dalam memastikan presisi dan efisiensi proses. Pengujian kualitas dilakukan untuk memastikan transformator memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan, meliputi pengujian tegangan, arus, dan resistansi. PT XD Sakti Indonesia juga menerapkan prinsip <em>lean manufacturing</em> untuk mengoptimalkan produksi dan mengurangi limbah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi canggih dan kontrol kualitas yang ketat memungkinkan PT XD Sakti Indonesia memproduksi transformator yang handal dan efisien, memenuhi kebutuhan pasar domestik dan internasional.
