This study uses an explanatory research design with quantitative methods. The population in this study were users of the Oscilloscope simulator at the Jakarta Vocational School. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on Attitude Toward Using, and Attitude Toward Using has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, while perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive but insignificant effect on user satisfaction.&nbsp; Perceived ease of use not significant on user satisfaction. Also perceived usefulness have not significant on user satisfaction. Quality is also a competitive advantage for the company. PT NKR Industri as a company that produces paper still has not met the target to reduce the number of product defects. Product defects set by the company are a maximum of 3%, but currently product defects are up to 5%. Seven tools are tools used to control quality. This research is quantitative research. Data was collected through interviews and direct observation. The population and sample in this research is defect data on honeycomb board machines for the period July to December 2022. The data analysis technique uses seven tools. In particular, the issues of inadequate skills, employment opportunities, and investment are highlighted. This research focuses on the relationship between Human Resource Capability (HRC), Green Knowledge Sharing (GKS), and the achievement of SDGs goals 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure). By adopting a case study method involving respondents from all over Indonesia, this research found that increasing HRC can encourage GKS, which supports the achievement of the two SDGs goals. This research suggests providing education and training that focuses more on environmental and sustainability issues to improve HR qualifications. In addition, the policy implies the importance of investing in improving human resource capabilities and promoting green knowledge-sharing practices. Companies are required to be able to increase their competitive advantage, both in the domestic and global markets. Companies are trying to implement various management systems, including management systems, including Just in Time (JIT) and Total Quality Management (TQM) in order to improve company performance. This study aims to: 1) determine and analyze the effect of just in time on total quality management. 2) determine and analyze the effect of total quality management on operational performance, 3) determine and analyze the effect of just in time on operational performance. The type of research is causal associative. The data used is primary data obtained through questionnaires were prepared with closed questions using a semantic differential scale. The number of samples used was 270 and the regression analysis used the AMOS computer program. The results state that just in time has a positive effect on total quality management. Total Quality management has a positive effect on operational performance. In this study the independent variables used were the influence of the tax system, tax knowledge and the self-assessment system, while the dependent variable was tax evasion. This study uses a quantitative approach, using primary data through questionnaires. The population in this study are taxpayers who are registered at South Cikarang KPP. The testing technique of this research consists of instrument test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression test. The practicality of what consumers do is seen in consuming drinks for accompany many activities, coffee as a sample.&nbsp; Coffee is loved by many people. This research tested about 164 respondents, who had bought and consumed Good Day in Bekasi Regency and data collection was carried out through a questionnaire using the google form. This research aims to examine digital marketing and product variations on purchasing decisions moderated by packaging on Good Day products in Bekasi Regency. Primary and secondary data sources are used to support this research and used quantitative research. The results of this research show that: 1. Digital marketing of Good Day coffee products in Bekasi Regency is stated to have a relatively small influence (30%) so that it can encourage consumer purchasing decisions, 2 . The variety of Good Day coffee products in Bekasi Regency is stated to have a relatively small influence (44%) so that it can encourage consumer purchasing decisions. 3. Digital marketing which is moderated by Good Day product packaging in Bekasi Regency has an influence of (-10%) so it does not encourage consumer purchasing decisions, 4. In the context of Islamic economics, Shariah-compliant fintech can be an innovative tool to promote sustainable financial inclusion. This paper aims to analyze the role of Islamic fintech in improving access to financial services from an Islamic economic perspective. The research methods used include an in-depth literature analysis of the concept of financial inclusion in Islam, an exploration of various existing Islamic fintech services, as well as successful case studies that reflect the implementation of this concept in society. Through this approach, this paper explains how Islamic fintech can provide solutions to financial access challenges in underserved communities. The analysis shows that Islamic fintech can provide access to a wider range of financial services and empower individuals and micro businesses. Concrete examples of services such as Islamic digital payment services and Islamic peer-to-peer lending show a positive impact in supporting financial inclusion and economic growth in various communities. However, the challenges in the form of complex regulations and the public trust that needs to be built should not be overlooked. This paper also analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by Islamic fintech in creating a sustainable financial inclusion ecosystem that is in line with Shariah principles. In conclusion, the paper underlines the great potential of Islamic fintech as an innovative tool to achieve better financial inclusion in the Islamic economy.
