Abstract

Digitalisasi ekonomi telah memberikan ruang gerak bagi pelaku usaha untuk mengambil peluang ditengah hiruk pikuk persaingan usaha. Hal ini memberikan sinyal bahwa pergerakan informasi hasil produksi dapat dengan mudah di peroleh pelanggan melalui kemajuan informasi dunia digital. Kemudahan akses ini tentunya memberikan tantangan tersendiri bagi pelaku usaha umkm dalam memperkenalkan produknya kepada pelanggan. Karena masih dijumpai produk umkm yang belum memiliki daya saing di tinjau dari kualitas produk, kemasan dan banyak aspek lainnya. Untuk itu perlu upaya peningkatan kapasitas pelaku usaha umkm di Desa Karangraharja Kecamatan Cikarang Utara Kabupaten Bekasi dalam menjalankan usaha agar memiliki daya saing
