Pengembangan Kompetensi Pendapatan Terhadap Kinerja UMKM Pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19

Abstract

This research aims to find out the development of competencies towards the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) during the covid-19 pandemic in Deltamas residential areas, especially the Eurozone Cluster. Research data obtained by conducting interviews to several MSME owners in the Deltamas Cluster Eurozone housing, the research used is qualitatively descriptive. The results showed that more and more people are opening new MSMEs in the area, because of large-scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) is a term of health quarantine in Indonesia so that many people turn their brains to think creatively so as to change business strategies using online systems by benefiting social media as a tool to market their products.
