Researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods through interviews, documentation and observation approaches. This study employs RapidMiner, a popular data mining tool, to analyze a public diabetes dataset. Addressing common dataset challenges such as extraneous features, efficient feature selection, and algorithm implementation, the research introduces a novel approach utilizing the Naive Bayes algorithm. Despite inherent complexities, the Naive Bayes model achieves a commendable accuracy rate of 75.51%, showcasing its applicability in diabetic data analysis within the RapidMiner environment. This article aims to analyze the use of mobile applications on healthcare quality. Through System Literature Review (SLR) research, we investigate the extent to which the use of mobile applications by patients, medical personnel, and healthcare providers can improve efficiency, accessibility, and customer satisfaction. This study identifies factors that influence the use of mobile apps in the healthcare environment and analyzes their impact on the interaction between patients and providers. TikTok was an application initially launched in China before landing in Indonesia at the end of 2017. Unfortunately, the popularity of TikTok stems from personal lack of self-image, for example wearing sexy clothes, dancing in erotic and inappropriate moves. This is based on many positive and negative comments from TikTok users. So we need a way to automatically classify reviews through sentiment analysis. The purpose of this study is to classify TikTok user comments on Google Play Store using Naive Bayes and C4.5 algorithms. This study used 1330 data, of which 602 data were negative and 728 data were positive. The results show that the Naive Bayes algorithm produces accuracy values ​​of 79.00%, 79.00% precision, 78.00% recall, and 78.00% F1 score. The C4.5 algorithm produces 68.00% accuracy, 68.00% precision, 68.00% recall, and 68.00% F1 score. We can conclude that the Naive Bayes algorithm is the best algorithm compared to the C4.5 algorithm. One effective method to ensure data confidentiality is through the use of strong encryption algorithms, and one internationally recognized encryption algorithm is the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The aim of this research is to implement the AES algorithm to enhance the security of personal data. This study will examine and analyze the implementation of AES in an application involving the transmission and storage of personal data. Furthermore, it will involve testing and evaluating the security of the applied AES algorithm.
