Determining the dividend distribution policy can pose challenges for companies due to conflicting interests between investors and company management. A key issue faced by companies is whether profits should be reinvested in business development, used to pay creditors, or distributed as dividends. This research aims to investigate the impact of Insider Ownership, Free Cash Flow, and Collateralizable Assets on the dividend policy of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2021. The dividend policy is measured using the dividend payout ratio, and the study relies on secondary data collected through purposive sampling. The analytical method employed is panel data regression analysis. The findings of the study indicate that Insider Ownership has a significant influence on the dividend policy, while Free Cash Flow and Collateralizable Assets do not exhibit any significant effect on the dividend policy. However, when considering all three factors together, Insider Ownership, Free Cash Flow, and Collateralizable Assets collectively impact the dividend policy.</p>2023-09-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2023 https://jurnal.pelitabangsa.ac.id/index.php/pic/article/view/2677The Impact of Tax Planning, Financial Distress, And Audit Quality on Earnings Management2023-10-10T05:58:11+00:00Neng Asiah neng.asiah@pelitabangsa.ac.idAhmad Bukhori Muslim neng.asiah@pelitabangsa.ac.idSesri Sellina sesrisellina@pelitabangsa.ac.id<p>This study aims to determine the effect of financial distress, tax planning, and audit quality on earnings management in banking sector companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2021. Elderly are individuals aged over 60 years who have decreased biological, psychological, social and economic functions. The important thing in designing housing for the elderly is comfort and safety for the elderly in terms of architecture. The study of behavioral architecture in residential design for the elderly is an alternative approach to creating comfortable and safe housing. This is because the elderly need more detailed and in-depth observations of their behavior which will later be implemented into building designs, both physical and non-physical, because a comfortable environment will have a positive psychological impact on the occupants. The Budi Mulia 3 Tresna Werdha Social institution in South Jakarta has inadequate buildings such as: small land and buildings, adequate courtyards without a healthy garden for the elderly, inadequate space in the guest house, materials that are hazardous to the elderly, such as the use of glass on the windows of the house which has started to break down, an inadequate kitchen, dirty rooms and a multipurpose room which has been used as a warehouse because it is not feasible. Because of these existing conditions, a redesign of the orphanage is needed to meet the need for comfort and safety for the elderly living in the social institution. The method used in this design includes evaluating the existing conditions by observing the physical and non-physical conditions in the orphanage, including collecting data on the residents of the orphanage including their characteristics and behavior, as well as collecting data on facilities and infrastructure that do not meet the standards and needs of the elderly. The evaluation continued with the re-planning of the building with an emphasis on the behavior of the elderly, then the building was redesigned. With this redesign, it is hoped that the residents of the Budi Mulia 3 Tresna Werdha Social Institution will have a residence that prioritizes comfort and safety based on the behavior of the elderly living in it.</p>2023-09-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://jurnal.pelitabangsa.ac.id/index.php/pic/article/view/3865Social Interaction of Down Syndrome Children Through Social Media in the Digital Era2024-01-29T08:50:21+00:00Rini Setyowatirinisetyowati2020@pelitabangsa.ac.idSarwo Edysarwoedy@pelitabangsa.ac.idDjoko Nugrohodjokonugroho@pelitabangsa.ac.id<p>This research discusses the social interactions of children with Down syndrome through social media in the digital era. The main basis of sharia principles is based on values or substantive content contained in various surahs and verses of the Qur'an, as well as hadiths, all of which are related to the values of sharia business principles. Meanwhile, the marketing mix theory states that there are 4 variables in marketing, known as the "4P" variables, namely; Product, Price, Place, Promotion whose values have been widely taught in various universities, and have been widely implemented by various companies in the world to devise a form of marketing mix strategy in an effort to win the competitive market for their respective products. On the other hand, the Al-Qur'an as the main basis of sharia principles, it is suspected that among its various surahs and verses, it has substantive content that is similar to the values in the “4P” variable Marketing, so that it can be used to develop a marketing mix strategy from Al's perspective. -Quran. Traditionally, this quantification has been accomplished using methods such as gravimetric analysis or spectrophotometry. However, in recent years, innovative approaches have emerged to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of this process. One such advancement is the utilization of RGB (Red-Green-Blue) light absorption as a means to estimate the concentration of algae. The RGB color model, a fundamental representation of colors, involves the blending of three primary light beams to produce a wide spectrum of colors. Building upon this principle, Benavides et al. (2015) conducted pioneering research that demonstrated the potential of RGB light absorption as a viable method for approximating algae concentration. In their study, Benavides et al. established a correlation between the component weights of the RGB color space and the presence of algae in water. This correlation was particularly evident when employing the YCbCr color space representation, which facilitated a quantitative link between the RGB values and algae concentration. This innovative approach hinged on the selection of a suitable RGB light sensor. The researchers opted for the Arduino KY-016 3-color LED module, a cost-effective solution that seamlessly integrated an RGB LED and a light-to-voltage converter, based on the Arduino UNO R3 platform. The implementation of this low-cost device opened up new avenues for estimating algae concentration with remarkable accuracy. By leveraging the RGB light sensor's capabilities, the researchers were able to establish a practical framework for estimating algae concentration that holds potential for widespread application. This innovation carries significant implications for environmental monitoring, as it offers a streamlined and accessible method for assessing water quality and potential ecological imbalances caused by excessive algal growth. In conclusion, the research conducted by Benavides et al. showcases a paradigm shift in algae concentration measurement. Through the inventive integration of RGB light absorption and the YCbCr color space representation, coupled with the utilization of the Arduino KY-016 3-color LED module, the study introduces a novel, cost-effective approach to estimate algae concentration in water bodies. From the experiment data there is a tight exponential correlation between correlation between the RGB (-Ln(I/Io)) and the biomass concentration (mg/L) of y = 15.153e0.4813x with a Pearson's correlation coefficient R2=0.973. This breakthrough holds promise for revolutionizing environmental monitoring practices, enabling more efficient and widespread assessment of aquatic ecosystems and contributing to the preservation of water resources.
