PT TBA is one of the companies that produces Seat and interior components used in various well-known car brands in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to control the quality, especially on the problem of many welding defects in the production process of Seat Frame Front Chusion. We conducted this research by using the Quality Control Circle method. By using the QCC method, we can more easily identify, analyze, and solve a problem that occurs in the production process. The results of this study show the lack of quality in the welding process results caused by several factors, namely machine factors, method factors, and man factors themselves. Of the three factors, the machine factor is the most dominant seen from the high cycle time in each process. this makes it easier for researchers to make this factor a priority to overcome. In NG, it occurs because there are no exact parameters related to amperage and also the distance of the nozzles used by the operator is too close, for this problem, the repair process can be carried out, but if the problem occurs repeatedly and is many of them, it will increase the production time longer to carry out the repair process. So the way to overcome this problem is to make the right amperage parameters according to the character of the material itself and provide further training to operators to be more careful and careful at work.
